The short version: We do not offer refunds on completed work or once a project is underway. If something has gone wrong on our side, we will fix it. If you need to stop a project, we invoice for what has been done and that is the end of it.
Jazaba Media provides professional services: consultancy, content production, strategy, and campaigns. Because our work involves time, expertise, and in many cases third-party costs committed on your behalf, refunds cannot be offered on work already delivered or in progress.
A deposit is required before work begins on most projects. This deposit covers the time and resources committed to scoping, planning, and starting your project. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you cancel before any work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days.
If you choose to stop a project before completion, you are liable for the cost of work completed up to that point. We will provide a clear breakdown of what has been done and invoice accordingly. Any amount already paid that exceeds the value of work done will be returned to you.
If deliverables do not meet the agreed brief or specifications, we will revise them at no additional cost. We are committed to getting the work right. Our preference is always to resolve issues through revision rather than refund, but if we are unable to deliver what was agreed after reasonable attempts, we will discuss a fair resolution with you directly.
For any digital products or information products sold directly through our website, we offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied, provided the product has not been substantially accessed or downloaded. Requests must be made in writing to hello@jazaba.media within that window.

This policy is part of our overall Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service take precedence. All matters are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
