These terms govern the relationship between Jazaba Media FZ-LLC ("we", "us") and any individual or organisation ("you", "the client") that engages our services or uses this website. By working with us or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Jazaba Media FZ-LLC is registered with the Dubai Development Authority, License No. 106580, Dubai Internet City, UAE.
We provide media consultancy, content production, social media strategy, digital marketing, and information product services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins, either via a formal proposal or a signed statement of work.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. An engagement begins only when both parties have confirmed the scope and terms in writing.
Payment terms are set out in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in the project agreement and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
All original work we create for you becomes your property upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Jazaba Media FZ-LLC.
We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Any third-party assets, licensed stock, or tools used in the production of your project remain subject to their original licence terms.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials or approvals needed for us to deliver on time. Delays caused by late approvals or missing materials may affect delivery timelines and costs.
You confirm that any materials you provide to us (logos, images, text, footage) are either owned by you or properly licensed for the intended use.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose details of your project, strategy, or business to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as audience growth, search rankings, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and is payable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun unless we are at fault.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Dubai Development Authority. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
